Hey guys, I'm new to the website. Here to help your achieve you goals. I have a pretty good amount of knowledge, so why keep it to myself. Feel free to ask me anything and I will give you my best answer.

    Quetion 1 What's the baseball picture from?

    Question 2 I'm wanting to run a half marathon in May. I will start training in January. How do I train? Do I just run as far as I can? That doesn't seem safe to me. I'm worried about injury going about it that way. Or is there a good program, something like C25K, I could follow?

    Its really going to depend on how your body reacts with the training. When I trained for a 1/2, I started out running 5 miles every other day from 2 weeks. Then began running 5 miles M,W,F w/ 1 mile as fast as I could on T,TR. And progressed from there. By the time I was a week out from the race, I was doing 10 miles every other day. Then I took 5 days off before the big day and loaded up on good carbs and water.
