Anyone else who works outside the home having problems with finding time to work out. I work over 40 hours in a week and I am having a hard time gettting the motivation and time to go workout. I barely get to see my daughter at night during the week and I feel so bad when I go work out. How do you all deal with these issues. My husband is also deploying which is just making me crazy. I am in the Navy as well as him but GACK! It is nice to have him around if I want to go work out and he is home. When I get stressed I love to eat and with him gone it is just going to get worse. How do you ladies deal with it?

i understand where you are coming from. i work full time, im going to school full time, and my husband is deploying soon. all i want to do is spend as much time with him as possible. and we are ALWAYS cooking and playing video games and what not together and i always feel like i have no time to work out at all and just gained some weight i lost.now im trying to lose it again and it is so hard, but it is so worth it when i am healthier ( sorry for going on so long) good luck and you will succeed at everything you are striving towards0

All you need is 15 minutes, three days a week to get in a great toning/fat-burning workout. Google "15 minute workouts for women" and I am sure you will find some great ones. They can be done at home with just body weight or you can go to the gym and use dumbbells or whatever.0

I am now living my dream of a stay at home mom but 10 years ago I was a single mom of two who worked fulltime and went to school. Back then I put the kids to bed then it was my turn to work out in front of the TV from 9pm to 10pm. If you are one who can't work out at night because it keeps you up, try Melatonin tablets and take on each night at 9pm. You'll sleep like a baby. Oh, and if you still feel guilty about your little one and not giving her your quanity time just lower your caloric intake. Not all skinny people workout like crazy but they don't eat a whole lot. Love your baby and spend a lot of time becaue the time goes by fast!0
