Belly Fat

I've been working out consistently for 8+ weeks, 3 times per week and doing cardio 3 - 5 hours per week. I've lost 16 lbs, but I'm still fighting that little belly roll. I've cleaned up my diet too, nothing with sugar passes these lips. Any tips on how to get the belly to kick into gear?

Asfar as I am aware it's not possible to spot redcuce an area.
Get a measuring tape and keep track of a few areas to see where it's shifting from perhaps.0 -
