Greetings from UT

My name is Nichole, and I've been using the myfitnesspal app for a while, and decided to bounce over here to meet new people! I am recovering from a stress fracture, so my weight-loss has to be a bit slow right now. I wrote about my history in my "about me" section of my profile. I lost over 100lbs four years ago, and became a personal trainer. I weighed 130 before CrossFit, and gained 10 lbs of muscle after CrossFit. After a backpacking accident and subsequent injury, I gained almost 30lbs while recovering. I am excited to get back into shape, lose weight, and start this new chapter of my life!

    Hi Nichole! Best of luck to you! I'm also in the process of recovering from an accident... Broken foot unfortunately! It's been a couple months now, but I'm FINALLY able to get around pretty decent. Feel free to send me a friend request!
