Still Same Size In Skirts

I have just over 18kgs and I still wear the same size in skirts. I went shopping for more skirts for work and I'm still a size 26. It's a bit different in tops where I have gone from 24 to 20. I'm loving the way I look in tops now.
Has anybody else notice this happening to them?

Oh yes! We lose in different places that's why. I have the hardest time losing from my hips area so although my tops sizes are decreasing, I still have the same pant size...Eventually though your body will lose weight all around. Too bad we can't reduce where we exactly want to haha0

Have lost 25lbs - pants fit EXACTLY the same. Or tighter - go figure.0

You never lose where you want, at least that's what I've found! I've lost more off the top of my body than on my waist and hips. It took me over two stone to go down a pants size but after a stone I was in a smaller size top, go figure. Until just last week I was a (UK) size 16 top but a size 20 bottoms, on Saturday I finally fit into a size 18 comfortably. Eventally I know it will balance out, and although it can be frustrating, just keep going.
Just stick with it :flowerforyou:0 -
I'm thinner on the bottom than on the top so buying suits is getting pretty ugh right now. But I've been through several balancing issues over the past year, and I know this will pass just like the rest of them.
Keep up the good work!!0
