As of yesterday I am officially out of the 200's, 199.6 to be exact! I have not been out of the 200's since my oldest was in the NICU over 5 years ago!!! I serously cried when I saw that number on the scale yesterday morning. I started my weight loss journey in March with a starting weight of 284. Please feel free to add me, the more support, the better
