My DH and I had a NSV last night. We went to my favorite Chinese restaurant where I've known the owner for over 25 years. She's known me since I weighed 110 and before children so A LONG TIME! We walked in and she said how much thinner we were. I said, "I hope so! I've lost 20 pounds. Thanks! Paul has lost 23." She asked how we were doing it and we said eating a lot less and logging our food on My Fitness Pal. She said she might have to try My Fitness Pal. I know she does well when she eats right. She just loves her ice cream! A lot!

    Isn't a wonderful feeling Angelique, when people start to see a positive difference? It makes you realise all the hard work and comitment is worth while and it's so encouraging too! :laugh:

    Here's to the next 20 and 23lbs :-D Well done. (I can understand her temptation for homemade icecream, very well indeed!! Hope you had a lovely Chinese meal too)!! XX

    She eats commercial ice cream. It was a lovely, lovely meal even if I didn't eat much. MU (15 year old daughter) took the leftovers to school today for lunch. Thanks for the good wishes for the next 20 and 23 pounds. xoxo
