    Shower. I hate baths. Sitting in a small room trapped in a thick mist of sweat-inducing humidity isn't my idea of relaxing.

    Definitely a hot bath with lavender Epsom salts because some days I'm on my feet a lot. It's also a great way to warm up on these cold days in Vermont.

    I will take a nice hot shower, then go sit in my hot tub.

    It's really awesome if it's dark and snowing out.

    Well I work at a desk, so after a long hard day of that I like to run first. Leave all the frustration and stress on the road.

    THEN take a hot shower (baths are gross, nothing like sitting in your own sweat stew:sick: ).
