    I also T-Tapp. So far I do just the Basic Workout.

    how do you log the ttap basic workout in your exercise log?

    Are you still doing the ttap basic workout?
    I am doing the basic instructional or total workout at instructional level and do not know how to log this into exercise log. Any ideas?
