First of all, location wise, this is where I live...

What do you think the torturer (I mean trainer) will do on a beach like that, in the west of Ireland for a four week 3x/week 45min/day Boot Camp?

I start tomorrow morning and I'm trying to be positive but I have NO idea what to expect!!

    Thanks, M it's a magical place allright! I'm a bit nervous about training on a beach in what is like wintertime but who knows? I may love it!
