Overcoming fear of weighing myself

I'm not a fan of hopping on the scale, especially when the number is higher than I expected, it's kind of demoralizing for me. Anybody else experience this? How did you overcome your anxiety and the stress to decide to weigh yourself more frequently?

I weigh myself every morning. I don't like to see the scale if it goes up but this helps me. If I do go up I will have the weight off within a few days compare not weighing myself for a long period of time and now you have a ton of weight to lose. It's easier to lose 2 lbs compare to 20. I would try weighing everyday. Don't cry over gains and smile when you see a loss.
Your scale can be your friend... Don't be scared.0 -
Put the scale in the closet and don't use it.0

You could choose to go by measurements, or just how your clothing fits, and throw away the scale
This ingrained idea that you have to weigh yourself all the time can be an little masochistic, I think0
