    You look absolutely STUNNING and it's nice to see your wonderful progress documented in Canadian Living. Make sure you save the article in a safe place so your kids/grandkids/great-grandkids can see how dedicated you are/were.

    Your story has given me the inspiration to keep going and BLAST through those last few pounds.
