Getting Things Under Control

Good Morning,
I’m new to this so hoping I am posting in the correct forum…. I am 5’2, 172lbs and tired of being overweight. Tired of making excuses, clothes not fitting right, cannot find the right thing to fit, the list can go on and on…. I will post my diet and food log hoping to get some help from others as to what I am doing wrong. Thanks

    this morning for breakfast I ate 3 boiled egg whites, 1.5 cup oatmeal w/ 1 tsp brown sugar and water
