    Started MFP Jan 2012 SW 230 lbs.
    Officially Started MFP on June 14. 2012
    August 2012 ~ 3rd Photo +60 days on MFP
    October 2012 ~ 4th Photo +105 days on MFP Less 18 lbs & 36.5" inches Less

    Thank You very much! I cannot see my own transformation or see it in the mirror! So I really needed to hear it from someone else's own eyes!

    The pictures on my profile and the one for my avatar are all in the last six months, from 148lbs up to about 162ish ...there is also a very very fat one on my profile as well! In the pink top...as if you needed to be told!

    yaya you'll get there...for me, the face and the tummy are the last to thin out... and what never goes away (from diet only) are the inner thighs...only this time I'm going to outsmart my body and do exercise! :)
