Hi! My name is Jessica. I started my journey in June 2011 at 300 lbs and 18 months later I am 147 lbs. Goal is 145. Discovered MFP in March 2012.

    YOU ROCK!!! We can see how you look.....tell us how you fee! Tell us how you did it. Tell us how you DID it....not the food or the math....how did you dig in and stop the old behaviors. That's where (so far) I have failed every single day....

    You inspire me everyday! I am always encouraged by your dedication. You definitely give me hope that it is very possible to lose weight if you set your mind to it. I have around 60-65 pounds to lose, and you are a perfect example of what I need to do to achieve it! You look amazing, by the way :)
