    Love p90x, have heard great things about Insanity. this is what I've heard:

    P90X=strength and cardio
    Insanity=endurance and cardio
    P90X=more muscle to burn more cals during day
    Insanity=ability to workout longer=more cals burned in workout.

    Join FB group.... lots of peeps there use both and can tell you more.

    What they mean is some people won't open this as they don't know what is about. If you search the forum you will see this question has been asked lots of times. I'm not being sarcy, just saying you will get lots of info. Basically it depends what your goals are.

    Both are fat loss programs.
