I have fallen completely off the wagon!! I feel like an addict that just can not stop binging all the time. It is making me feel so guilty and I just do not know how to get out off this vicious cycle again. Please I need some advice!

1. You have to choose to do it.
2. Do it!
3. & do it some more!
And by do it I mean kick some *kitten*(eat right and work out).0 -
First step...What you just did, post and ask for help!
Second step...don't feel guilty and do not beat yourself up for falling off the wagon. We ALL do it!
Third step...realize that every meal and every day, it's a fresh start.
Fourth and most important step...BELIEVE in yourself! You CAN do this!!! It's hard, it takes a LOT of work, but anything that is worth it takes a lot of work. You are definitely worth it!0 -
Remember, it's not a diet. It's a lifestyle change. Are you logging everything? That is what keeps me honest.0

It's best to look at meal by meal rather than the long-term goal... At least it is for me. If I have a bad meal I brush it off and make sure a) I only eat next when I'm hungry and b) make healthy/clean decisions. When I succeed I feel better, which motivates me to keep going. This will then become your new "vicious" cycle. Best of luck to you!!0

I was off track for about 2 weeks. I know how you feel. I've fought the same 50 pounds for 2 decades. I want to win this time! Write down your reasons WHY you want the weight off. Look at it every day. Take a deep breath, FORGIVE yourself for getting sidetracked again, and focus on just doing it right for today. Let yourself focus on tomorrow, tomorrow. Just like an addict does, I find it helpful to try to take this one day at a time. More than that feels too overwhelming. I hope this helps.0

ME TOO! Only I fell off the wagon at the start of August and then didn't try to hard to get back on.... I have an addiction to food ( I love it) and think about it ALL day long!!! The previous posts are all correct- Just do it and focus on one day at a time.... Maybe we'll both get back on the wagon soon. :-/0

Recognize that the first week is the hardest. Get away from all the fatty, sugary, calorie-dense foods and get moving again. For me I get very strict - basically zero refined sugar for the first week. You'll probably feel like crap (I usually do - sugar withdrawal I guess... drinking lots of water helps) but after a week you'll feel better and you'll be on your way again. You'll lose a pound or two the first week, feel good and wonder why you were off the wagon for so long.
After a couple of weeks, you'll feel so good you'll want to stay on the wagon forever. That's where I am now, after 6 weeks on the program after 2.5 months off the wagon.0 -
I fell off the wagon for 9 months and Christmas of last year decided to get back on track. You can do this.. Just want it bad enough that you can taste it..0
