I just discovered the magic of Luna bars. 180 calories. Delicious.
I also like the chocolate saviseed Vega bar, completely vegan0 -
Clif Builder Bars... no artificial sweeteners, no sugar alcohols, no trans fats, 20 grams of protein. They have several flavors, but the Chocolate Peanut Butter Butter is my fave!0

I like the Clif bars. They have holiday flavors now, too...like pumpkin and gingerbread. They have a lot of good flavors...mint choc, white choc macadami, choc chip, raisin bran, etc etc.0

My favorite brand is Honey Stinger. The lowest calorie one is about 200 calories. They are all natural and gluten-free.0

Balance bar, double chocolate brownie, 200 cals, 14 g protein, tons of other great stuff in there...
And by far, the best tasting one i have come across.0 -

I have been buying the Pure Protein - Chocolate Deluxe bars. Not too expensive and a pretty good calorie to protein ratio. 180cals/20 protein.
My favorite is probably some jerky though. : )0 -
Quest Coconut Cashew or Cinnamon Roll. 170 cals0

The only protein bar I like (and am now addicted to) is Zone Perfect chocolate caramel cluster0

i prefer perky turkey jerky though.0 -
Because of cost (and they're pretty good) I eat detour bars that I buy in bulk from Sams. They are about only .75 each.
The quest cinnamon roll is very good and is probably the healthiest bar I've seen. I put it in the microwave for just a few seconds. It gets warm, soft. and tastes like a snickerdoodle cookie. If they weren't so expensive (over 2.00 each)I'd eat them all the time. I use them mostly when traveling as a meal supplement when my protein and/or fiber consumption looks low.
As far as taste, the supreme and snickers protein bars tastes more like a true candy bar than any others I've tried.0 -
I like Quest bars except for the texture. Probably my favorite for taste is the clif builder bars - especially the chocolate mint. But I've started eating the pure protein bars because of the lower calories but the flavor isn't quite as good as the clif builders. These all are 20g protein.
Re: sugar alcohols - is the primary people don't like these because of the potential digestive issues?0 -
Quest bars and Supreme protein bars.0

I don't normally eat Protein Bars
But when I do, they are Builder's0
