Will the FitBit Calorie adjustments be accurate?

If i only have the Aria scale? Because I don't have the FitBit Ultra/One, my my steps or calories burned on the FitBit page will always be zero until i get a FitBit Ultra/One. Isn't that going to screw me with FitBit Calorie adjustments everyday cuz its seeing zero constantly?

    I too would like to know the answer of this question?? I have the same situation and I am getting some strange "adjustments" I just keep deleting these until I find an answer...

    No. You have to add your exercise in etc. It is just basically giving you its estimate on how much you burn.
