Don't give up
Don't lose heart
Eat right, most of the time
Work out hard
It's not weights or cardio, it's weights and cardio
Don't be afraid to ask a PT a question about your workout
Don't be obsessed with weight and weighing in
Water weight makes a massive difference
You're not as big as you're perception of yourself
People will always say you'll never do it
It will get hard
You won't plateau if you do it right and when you do it's because you're nearly there
Keep your workouts fresh and change things up
Set mini goals as well as long term goals, losing 186 pounds is a massive goal but losing 2 in a week is closer and you'll push harder
Drink plenty of water - and then drink some more
Don't forget legs day
Rest when your body tells you to
Don't be intimidated by the guys with the massive weights and the MC Hammer pants - a year ago they might have been just like you, a year from now you might be bigger than them
Be your own inspiration
Take regular pictures of your progress
Don't get complacent when you start losing weight - keep on top of your diet and exercise
Abs really are made in the kitchen
The only thing standing in your way of achieving this, is you.

Excellent...do not forget the importance of Protein...100mg per day, and with weight lost the use of BAA (amino acids). I finding a good Vitamin Shop. They have helped me a lot. Excercise...yes...but mix it up into a lot of different activities so you do not get bored. In a week I will bike, golf (walk), hike, run errands on bike, kayak, just tool around walking, and get out of habit of parking care close to store....walk, take stairs. In short, become that little kid that was always outside playing doing something....no structure is best structure. Oh and if you Ski....then you will fill the burn..so do it often. Feel free to friend me.
Take care
