Here's a recipe for a very simple smoothie I concocted up this week. It's kinda "bland" but still sweet, and was very filling and yummy! I can't wait to make more! I made this for breakfast and drank it up until it was time for lunch! It definitely kept me going through my busy morning!

Cinnamon Banana Smoothie

Serves: 1 (makes about 20-oz)

- 2 cups unsweetened, original almond milk
- 1 small/medium banana
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Throw all into blender and blend together. Drink up and enjoy!

I'm sure you could! It probably wouldn't be as "liquid-y" if you used greek yogurt instead of milk. AND, You'd have to adjust the calorie count and everything.

If you try it with Greek Yogurt, let me know how it turns out! Please! :)
