You might try a plate of fresh fruits and cheese wedges. Remember, the best foods are sometimes the simple ones. A few fresh strawberries, some green grapes, a few apple slices and a cheese wedge. Perfection!0

Well, what kind of calorie range are you looking for and what kinds of things do you like?0
-
fresh berry/apple/banana/mango salad! top with some yogurt, crushed nuts, etc.0

There are a lot of good ones on skinny taste and even pinterest if you use those sites.0

I like:
Small panna cotta with fresh fruit
Lightly candied nuts
85%+ dark chocolate
A cake cone with breyer's natural ice cream
Strawberries and homemade, barely sweetened whipped cream
But yeah, what flavors do you like?0 -
Greek yoghurt (with or without honey), pomegranate seeds and pistachio nuts looks great, tastes awesome!0

Cut your dessert in half0

Splenda packets.0

Splenda packets.
That will make you crave sugar, and you'll end up overeating later.
Splenda is the overprotective parent, you're the unsupervised co-ed.0 -

I take splenda in my tea/coffee and it's never made me crave sugar......maybe I'm just weird.0 -

YUM. Also would suggest a sliced ripe pear with a drizzle of agave nectar or honey, or an assortment of berries with a small dollop of mascarpone. And, if you have a grill, fresh grilled pineapple is DELICIOUS. It gets a milder, sweeter flavor after you grill it.0 -

Mix a DRY angel food cake mix with a can of your favorite pie filling (I used cherry no sugar added). Mix those 2 things together, bake at the temp the cake mix box says and enjoy. You DO use cooking spray on the pan.0

How about a baked apple? Core an apple, chop up some nuts and fruits of your choice and mix with some honey(could also add some oats). Bake in the oven until the apple is soft.
Or maybe some chocolate mousse: whip up a few egg whites until medium to stiff peaks form, gently fold in some cocoa, sweetener of choice(and maybe some vanilla). Scoop into a pretty glass or bowl(everything is better wen prettyfied). This is very skinny so you could add some toppings if you like.0 -
Sugar free jello 10 calories per 1/2 cup and fat free whip cream 20 calories per 2 tbsp.
Special K cereal bars are 90 calories0 -
Check out http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/ I'm yet to make any of her recipes but they look awesome!!!0

take some ricotta cheese (good quality one, I suggest Belgioioso or similar). Fresh is even better. Add some sugar (to your taste) and some liquor (limoncello would be perfect, but any other can do) and freeze it in cups. Remove it from the freezer before dinner and by the end of your meal it will be soft... sprinkle it with cinnamon.
It tastes a bit like gelato, but way lighter...

Fruit with whipped cream is the healthiest dessert that I can think of.0

Today I had Yoo Moo frozen yogurt, its 125 calories a serving and is really tasty!0

dates stuffed with mascarpone (you can top them with candied pecans as an option). Your friends will be wowed if you serve at a party. They look fancy, but only take 5 mins to make0

i peel and break a banana into four then freeze.
then i chuck it in the food processor with 3/4 tablespoon of cocoa and some vanilla essance and blend till its like soft serve.
the freezing of the banana is the most important part, otherwise you land up with sad mush0 -

I like chocolate hazelnut butter on crackers or apples, make a fruit salad with marshmallows in it, mini apple pie cooked in the apple with pie crust over just the top... just hollow out a granny smith apple and peel and slice another apple like honey crisp, toss it in sugar/honey and cinnamon then put it in the apple, then thaw a premade pie crust, cut out a circle, set it on top and bake it. Those are yummy and cute. fruit dipped in chocolate... I've been thinking about trying my hand at making a cheesecake that uses lowfat cream cheese and greek yogurt instead of sour cream... maybe marscapone cheese.... You could also make no bake cookies with steel cut oats, peanut or almond butter, coconut oil and cocoa powder... just think of desert you already like then try to come up with ways to make them healthier - add more fruit, use healthier oils or less butter or applesauce, cut down the amount of crust by putting it only on the bottom or top... and use as little refined sugar as possible... if you need to sweeten try to use honey or agave nectar. but i find fruit is usually a great sweetener on it's own0

Here are my modifications for chocolate cupcakes. The only negative with them is they stick to the cupcake wrappers a bit. I used this recipe, but made a few changes: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/chocolate-cupcakes/detail.aspx I switched all purpose flour for King Arthur whole wheat flour. I used skim milk. I used only one cup of sugar. I switched the butter for 3 tablespoons of unsweetened applesauce. The only other thing I added was 3 scoops of Pure Protein vanilla whey powder. I managed to make 19 cupcakes, they rise a bit, so I only filled the cups 3/4 of the way.
They worked out to about 115 calories, 7 grams of protein and 2 grams of fiber.0 -

I second this! I've made a bunch of her recipes. Some are DELICIOUS and some weren't bad but I wouldn't make again.0
