tips for anyone who needs help on losing water fat

so many people say they are just running on water and it wont go away... after a week.
here a tip for anyone to do.

what you gotta do is.

get cucumber half or full
and put a little pitch of ginger
and blend that with water.

that will help you lose the water fat
but you gotta drink that before you eat.
meaning first thing in the morning drink that.

and if you feel a little heat from drinking it. thats a good sign. cause you know its working.
you can do it everyday until you think your water fat is gone. and also it good cause you feel your body more fresher.
