Delicious 166 cal Milk Shake

Options
I just found this at a random website and tried it, and to my delight it was DELICIOUS! Made me feel like I was drinking a real milkshake!

1 pkg cocoa mix (80 cals)
1 Cup Skim Milk (90 cals)
a dash of vanilla extract
a dash of cinnamon
4-6 Ice cubes

Combine all ingredience and blend together.

Yummy! Just thought I would share!

Was it thick at all or was it really liquidy? It kinda sounds like chocolate milk to me...
I might try it with some frozen yogurt or something.

No prob, it's great. And you don't need yogurt, at least mine didn't. The Ice made mine thick enough:) (depending on how much ice you use)

Swap out Skim milk for Almond milk and save extra cals!:drinker: Plus you get the yummy almond taste that's healthy to boot:drinker:
