Heavy lifting for ab fat loss. NEED ADVICE

Just looking for some advice on heavy weight lifting - mainly to get rid of the ab fat from pregnancy. What are the best exercises to do this? Does doing heavy lifting my arms and legs also work out my core quite a bit or no? I need this to complete me!!!! I feel so imcomplete not being in the best shape that my body can handle. Please help! Thx

Focus on compound lifts. Check out Starting Strength or Stronglifts. Realistically though, your diet is what's going to determine your fat loss.0

You'll get rid of fat with your food intake. Belly fat is usually the last to go. Doesn't matter if you have abs of steel if they're buried under squishy fat.0
