POOP FLOATS?

For the last 11 days i have cut out meat and increased my fiber, and now my poop floats!!! Dont know why. But i thought it was kind of cool!:laugh:

Call me Mr Scientist... But fiber is basically wood (cellulose) which we all know floats on water because of its lower density. BTW, The same thing will happen if you eat a high fat diet.0

According to the Mayo Clinic's website, it is because you are gassy. The more your body is producing gas, which tends to be a bi-product of high fiber diets, the more your poop floats. I looked it up because someone told me I wasn't eating enough fiber, and I knew there was no way at all that was possible. LOL0
