Anyone know how to log weight loss yoga? I am doing BL yoga and the only thing in the data base is Hatha yoga stretching. I do not know if is an accurate count. I sweat my a#* off, or at least I hope I do = ) so I am not sure if that is a good measure.

Thanks.

Great suggestion! I do a Bender ball class and wasn't sure what to enter either. So I used low impact aerobics as my entry.

I do a yoga sculpt class, it is a combo of yoga with weights and it kicks my butt!!! I just googled calories burn during yoga. Found several options that said hatha, vigorous etc... I finally guessed and have it listed in my exercises as burning about 450 calories in a class that is an hour long.

For Ashtanga-style yoga (very intense, power-yoga type) roughly 350-450 cals per hour.
