Ashley :)

My name is Ashley, I am "new" to MFP. I say new because I had an account one year ago exactly. I am back and here for awhile. All the time I say, "I"m going to lose weight! I will!" And I never stick to what I"m doing. Well this time it's different. I can feel it! :) Today is my 3rd day and I have lost 4 pounds by simply working my butt off at the gym, not drinking pop, and counting cal. I had a very unhealthy diet 4 days ago :( I have about 100 pounds to go, so here I am!

    Welcome back Ashley!! Congrats on the 4lbs lost already!! Giving up pop is so hard. I went from drinking 5 to 6 liters a day to about a 2 liter a day of diet soda.

  • That's crazy, I also had a account 1year ago and deleted it, and I am now back. I have 44.6 lbs to drop so I can join the army. Conngrats on the first 4, I'm sure there are many to fallow.     Hi, my name is Kimberlee, 49. Welcome back to mfp. This is a great site to help you lose wt. Having a group of friend that are struggling with the same issues can really help. I am physically disabled so I struggle to exercise some way everyday. I know that you can do this because you have the right attitude and have really started tracking your food intake.
