I'm not on here a ton, but I'm shocked at how often posts are repeated. People need to learn to do a search first to keep the board uncluttered. Here's what I'm seeing the most of:
#1 - 30 Day Shred
#2 - Why aren't I losing? (this isn't so bad since every thread is different)
