String cheese!
Fruit and veg. Make fruit salad, crudite, eat them on their own, eat them in a soup, eat them in a stew, eat them!
Avocado. Add hot sauce, mush it up, spread it on crackers.
I don't know if you have them in the states, but Ryvita Thins are AMAZING with some tzatziki.
Oats and soy/almond milk is good!
Yoghurt!
Green Tea/Nettle Tea/Peppermint Tea
Good luck!0 -

Anything high in protein will help you feel full longer. Whole grains are huge. For breakfast, egg beaters are quick and easy, lower calorie, and high in protein. Also some regular eggs to hardboil are great. Oatmeal, whole grain bread for toast with natural peanut butter and half a banana or polaner sugar free jelly with fiber are good choices. Also, I love dannon light and fit greek yogurt. It's only 80 calories, much less than other greek yogurts I've tried and there's still 12 grams of protein per serving. Fresh fruit is great and I'm also a fan of morningstar farms breakfast veggie sausage. For lunch, I usually do a salad. Stock up on lettuce and whatever you like to make your salads with. My favorite is romaine with a few hardboiled egg whites chopped up on top, turkey bacon bits, fat free cheddar cheese, and light parmesan peppercorn ranch dressing from wishbone. I also love a salad with spinach, fat free feta cheese, walnuts, and some dried cranberries with a fat free raspberry vinaigarette. On cold days, low sodium canned soup is great. Lots of lean proteins for dinner, like chicken and turkey paired with lots of veggies and a little bit of whole grains is great. Stock up on whole grain pastas, whole grain brown rice, and whole grain tortillas. La tortilla factory makes a great whole grain tortilla for only 100 calories. I'm also a huge fan of Joseph's pita bread. Tons of fiber and protein and only 50 or 60 calories and it makes great sandwiches! Hope some of these ideas help!0
