Back from Vegas down 2.5lbs

Wow down 2.5lbs after being in Vegas for a work conference this week. Ate drank and had a great time. Walked about 10 miles a day which is what I attribute my loss to. Shows how important it is to be active, not just for a short time at the gym once a day but over the entire day. Since Sunday when I left for my trip, I have logged in 93, 674 steps, go Fitbit!!!! My co-workers loved that I wear my fitbit, they were always checking in with me to see how much we walked, lol!!! I have also found that the more I move the more I want to move, feels good to keep the blood flowing!

    Love to hear a story like yours--going out of town and still losing and exercising! You have just inspired the rest of us that it can really be done!

    When we went on vacation this summer my wife and commited ourselves to walk 10,000 steps a day. We were closer to 15,000 each day. We ate and drank and still lost weight ate the end of the week.
    Fitbit helped keep us on track and we had a fantastic vacation. One little thing, but it has had a huge impact on our life.
