Welcome! This is a great place to meet supportive people, get advice (some good, some bad) and accomplish BIG goals. Mine are deep like yours. It is possible. Just stick with it and find some go-to strategies to help you stay on track.
I chew a piece of gum at 4pm because I always get the mid-day munchies. I drink a large cup of herbal tea and a large glass of water before bed. It helps me fall to sleep feeling full.
