Nutrition help

I know I could just search for it online but I think this would be beneficial for the app.

I find it REALLY difficult to reach my nutrition goals.

I'm particularly low on iron (I actually take prescribed supplements but I want to learn to eat the right foods rather than relay on artifical help. My issue is the app doesn't tell what food I should be eating.

I am eat mostly healthy but at 45/46kg I rely on "bad food" to achieve a decent calorie target as I find it hard to eat large meals in one go which obviously effects my nutrients.
