No Shave November...

Curious if No shave November is just an Ozarks tradition and just how many men, or women, take part? And why? I must admit that I could only go 3 days and then the legs were silky smooth again!

    I like to think it applies to men only. I myself will NOT be participating, but I FULLY support the guys growing their facial hair/beards :bigsmile:

    i LOVE a man with facial hair... 12 months out of the year. doesn't mattter to me.

    Heard of it, I have seen it at the nail salon when they roll their pants up for pedis. It reallt freaks me out a bit I must say.

    No thank you for me! I must shave every day, even in the winter!

    Not a big fan of tons of facial hair on guys either. A nicely trimmed goatee is nice, but no wooly bully stuff! **shudder**

    In the Uk we have Movember which is where the guys don't shave for a month to promote the awareness of prostate cancer. Just like Breast Cancer has a sponsered 5K walk/run. Most men get sponsered to grow their facial hair
