I'm Finally Back , Need encouragement

Hi , I have been gone for a while because of my darn computer that messed up and would'nt let me back in here . Then I have been off track on my diet so bad and need to get back on track . And marriage problems are better . I can only eat 1250 in calories a day , thats what it shows on my page . Any sugessions ?

    Best suggestion is have a look online, that's normally what i do as i'm wheat/egg/dairy intolerant so i try to find nice, low cal meals i can eat that will get me within my daily allowance.

    It sure is hard . But I need to be on track real bad . I want to be small again .

    you'll get there hun :) it takes time but the slower you lose it, the more likely it is to stay off! that's why fad diets that say you'll have fast weight loss are silly cause once you stop the diet it all piles back on again with extra

    All I can say is two words, motivation and dedication. Actually three words. Priority. As long as you tell yourself that that one of the priorities in your life is to lose weight by eating right and exercising you will succeed. I use to hate the E word but if I want to be healthier and happier I have to make my priorities a reality and try to stay focus and determined on losing weight.
