I think I might need a re-introduction to MFP!

Hey! My name is Andrea and I have been MIA for awhile now. I have gained back the 10 lbs I lost while using MFP so I have decided to get my life back on track. I would like to gain a couple of friends who might have some tips that would help me out with my quest to become healthier or help me stay motivated! Besides that how is everybody doing!? How much weight have you lost so far?

    I am a new member since Aug. 2012. I have lost about 17 lbs. I have about 20 more to go.
    I have had my moments too. but keep trying. I often review the success stories to keep me motivated.
    It will take time to do this so be patient and never give up.

    i would love to help. i originally lost 90 pounds and then went back to school to become a personal trainer and nutritional specialist. i run a fitness bootcamp here in my small town. since joining mfp i have lost an additional 13 pounds.

    Hi Andrea ! I was MIA as well. Gained 6 lbs while I was gone. Came back 2 weeks ago and almost lost it all through diet and exercise. So welcome back.... I am right there with you. You can do this!
