New Guy

Hello all. Just wanted to post. I am starting this Myfitnesspal thing. I have done weight watchers before, I have done Nutrisystem.

I wanted something that was free that I can track everything. I will be tracking in a notebook and then onto the tracker. For the past couple of weeks I have been doing about 30 minutes of cardio 2-3 times a week. This week is the start of 5 days a week and I am hoping to be able to do cardio twice a day and I am starting minor lifting and resistance training.

I have lower back pain almost always but I am tired of looking the way I look. I am trying to lose 40 pounds, my buddy I work with wants to lose about the same so we are starting this week hittin it hard.

I want to lose the 40 pounds by May. My other buddy is deploying and I know he is going to come back home JACKED so I decided that I wanted to be as well.

    Welcome to the site. It's a great help. At first it is really tedious to keep track of everything you eat, but after a little while it becomes a habit.
