Hello I am new here. I will be 50 years old on Wednesday. I have used running running to justify my out of control eating habits. This worked for me until a few years ago. I really want to move up to a full marathon but really need to lose 15-20 pounds to do so. I also want to run my next half marathon faster. My fastest to date was 2:15 and I really want a 2:10.
