I have tried this before and now I am more motivated then ever to give it another shot. It's always been an up and down rollercoaster ride for me with dieting and weight loss. I think beginning during this most difficult time of the year when there's tons of food (the holidays!) will be indicative of how i will do otherwise! Here goes nothing....

The first is from 2010 and somewhere around 320lbs. The second is after 165lbs lost. The weight loss has really slowed over the last few months but this is my progress thus far. I would like to lose another 20 if I can.
