For a low calorie dinner I always do a grilled chicken salad.
  • For dinner I also do chicken or turkey. I fill my plate with veggies and eat them first then eat the chicken. It fills me up and if I 'think' I am still hungry I will eat cucumbers and drink lots of water.

To make plain ol' chicken taste better I spice it up with cajun, blackened spices, or do asian style. I'm not a big chicken eater so spices are my new found friends lol
  • Hello! For breakfast I aim for 300 calories or less so I'll usually whip up oatmeal. It's healthy, delicious and keeps you full until lunch time. Try peanut butter and banana oatmeal! It's like heaven in your mouth!

Peanut butter and banana oatmeal (this is how I make mine. You can tweak it according to your preferences):

1/2 cups of rolled oats(the regular kind)
    1/2 mashed bananas
    1 egg white
    1 tablespoon peanut butter
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    Cinnamon(optional)
Sweetener-can be agave, honey or any sugar substitute(optional) I use Stevia to cut down on calories

    1. Cook oats according to package.
    2. While waiting for oats to cook, chop and mash the banana.
    3. Beat the egg white. Add in vanilla extract.
    4. When water is almost fully absorbed, add in egg white and stir quickly.
    5. Add in mashed banana and sweetener.
    6. Stir in peanut butter and add a dash of cinnamon.

That's it! Easy and yummy!

For dinner, I aim for 400 calories or less. I'll fill my plate with veggies and chicken/turkey! Make sure it's grilled/steamed/roasted though. Less oil=less fat=less calories
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt and mix in a cup fruit.....about 200 or so calories and 20+ grams of protein

Tons of options for breakfast - oatmeal with apples and/or some protein powder, eggs with whatever you like, greek yogurt with fruit and granola...

My low calorie dinner is typically grilled chicken breast with veggies.
