30DS: My calories burned

I know we are all a little curious about how many calories we burn doing 30DS. I always was. I have, on many occasion, searched this topic like a crazy lady looking for anyone who had similar stat's to me in hopes of gaining a better idea. Like most advice given, I always applied it as "circuit training, general".
Could never figure out my heart rate monitor but inevitably bought a Body Media (which I love and absolutely recommend!!!). Today I decided I was ready to handle Jillian's voice again. I haven't done a 30DS workout in maybe 3 months because of her voice alone. I was really excited to see what my read out on calories was!
Myfitnesspal, as we all know, is a bit too generous in the calories burned department. I see some calories burned on MFP friends pages and at shocked it considering my knowledge gained from Body Media.
My Stats:
5'5
148.4 lbs
According to MFP 20 minutes of circuit training, general is 180 calories for myself.
Body Media 109 calories.
I trust this information more so than MFP as it is dead accurate on my treadmill activity. I hope someone finds this information helpful! Happy Monday!

I think the MFP numbers are closer for other people, but there's way too many factors for it to be considered accurate for everyone. Don't even get me going on Endomondo estimates. LOL
Anyway, MFP is pretty close for me when I compare it with my Polar HRM, so I'm fairly comfortable with using the MFP numbers when I don't feel like strapping on my chest strap.0 -
I think it really is based on how hard you are working as well. The info provided from MFP is so generic. If I am doing everything unmodified and someone is doing modified we are not going to burn the same. I would so much rather have the 180 calories though! Maybe I will step it up tomorrow and see if I can get a bit closer. :-)0

For me it was 277 calories and I am 154 lbs 21 years old and 160cm (5'3).
I'm not very fit either and was going pretty hard. I guess it would vary heaps for everyone!0
