Strength training ideas?

I currently go to the gym and do cardio in the mornings for 45 min. 5-6 days a week. I have also started crossfit 30 min 2 times per week. I feel like I need another strength based workout, however my time is limited. Any suggestions?

If I were you, I'd ask the CrossFit gym for advice so that there isn't any interference. If you were me, you'd swap some cardio for weights sessions.0

If your crossfit trainers are doing their job correctly, you'll learn proper form for deadlifts, squats and a lot of different types of olympic lifts(military presses/bench) you can use in your gym. I'd recommend the 5X5 workout(google it), it only takes 3 days a week and I usually do about 35-45 min work out. It is a full body work out.0
