Hi
Does anyone know if I can enter calories burned on my own?? I'm using a HRM to keep track of calories burned during various workout videos. Is there anyway I can enter the number myself? Thanks

yes---when you put in the number of minutes you did the workout and it automatically comes up with the number of calories burned--you can click on that number and change it to the exact number you have! Hope this works0

I create my own exercises, for example HRM - running, HRM - cycling, HRM - treadmill, etc. That way I know I tracked it via my HRM.0
