overcoming a plateau?

I joined MFP at the beginning of September and have lost sixteen pounds. While I am very happy with my progress so far, I seem to have leveled off and have been stuck at the same weight for about three weeks now. At the very least, I'd like to lose about fifteen more pounds, but my ultimate goal is twenty-five more.

Any suggestions? Tips? Motivational stories? With the holidays coming up, I definitely don't want to get off track and stay stuck where I am.

I stick to my 1340 net calorie limit, really making an effort to stay away from foods high in carbs, fat, cholesterol. I exercise consistently five to six days a week; four to five of those days I do 30 - 45 minutes of cardio, and a full hour of cardio once a week.
