    Wow!!!! You look amazing and are a great inspiration. I am currently at 217 which is the heaviest I've ever been. My goal is to get back down to 140. I think I will look into taking pictures (which terrify me at the moment), but you are right...a picture is worth a thousand words. What a great goal to achieve for your birthday. I hope you enjoyed it!!!!!
