For the first time in a very long time...

...my scale has read below 180lbs while I am on it. I am in disbelief! I started this journey in January and have fallen off the wagon too many times to count, gotten ill, hurt my back, family death and emergencies. I was starting to feel a little discouraged. At one point in time, I reset my ticker, so what you see is 8lbs lost. What I have lost since January is 23lbs. I am doing a happy dance all the way to the gym this morning. Have a blessed Thanksgiving everyone!

You go, girl! I, too, went below 180 lbs finally this weekend. I still have 30 lbs to go, but right now 179.5 is wonderful!

The key is to never give in. As long as that scale is moving in the right direction over time, you should be happy. Log everything, log everyday, and you'll reach whatever goal you set out to achieve. If you fall off the wagon, keep logging.
