Proper time to start 30 DS or no such thing?

I am only 8 pounds down, have 70 or so more to go. I have done 30 DS a few times and do other exercises as well. Is it ok to combine both? One day do 30 DS then the next day walk or run? Or should I be focusing more on losing the weight then go to the 30 DS? Thank you!

Nah, just start and stick with it. Its nice to change it up with a walk or run but I would suggest you stick with the program for a whole week before breaking for anything else, just so you get with the program.0

That's really hard to say as it can depend on your body. I think a lot of people seem to lose inches more so than weight on 30 day shred. You will probably gain water weight in the beginning. After that, you will gain muscle which weighs more than fat. I think this is one of those don't look at the scale, look in the mirror, type of results.0 -

The 30DS is excellent for burning fat. To me, it seems silly to wait if you are overweight.0 -

I think that you will lose more if you have more to lose. (if that makes sense)0 -

It does make sense. I was just wondering cause losing inches doesnt necessarily mean losing weight.....right?! Or am I just that ignorant?! LOL
Need to prepare myself to lose inches but not see the scale move much if that makes sense.0 -
I've been doing 30DS, I'll do a little cardio then 30DS or sometimes I alternate between 30DS and cardio on opposite days. There is no wrong way, I've known of several people who give up because they find it hard to do it every day. Just do whatever works for you.0

no it doesnt neccessarily mean losing weight but it means looking better0 -
Start now! 30DS is cardio...not a true strength training routine.0
