Here is the best advice I can give. Read the stickies at the begining of the forum. There is lots of great information there! Make a profile get a photo up and get some friends with similar goals. Get vested in the community. I got some of my friends from my hometown to join. But the people here are a wealth of knowledge and a great support system. You can and should be open and honest with people. Always remember we have all been there and done that.
When you make mistakes forgive yourself, but not so forgiving that it becomes routine. It should hurt to slip up, but not so much as to discourage you from trying to right the ship and keep going. If you are interested send me a friend request, and I will help all I can. Last but DEFINATELY not least. Do not allow yourself excuses. It is going to be different this time. The minute the excuses come into the picture is the beginning of the end. When you start rationalizing to yourself why you can't work out or keep your diet in check think back to what I am telling you. That is your mind trying to give you the way out. Don't listen! Good luck we will ALL be cheering for you!0
