New starter - starting tomorrow!

Hello, I'm Helen. A 34 year old physiotherapist. Just started on here as am a little out of control with what I'm eating at the mo and although I'm showing people how to exercise all day, I'm constantly making excuses for myself!
This has to STOP!
I'm going on a sunny holiday mid January and would love to feel comfortable in my bikini. In order to to that I have to lose at least 1 stone.
So this is my pledge to you...
Until January I will track exactly what goes into my mouth (regardless of if it's loads - it is my birthday this weekend!), and my exercise, along with any weight loss each week.
xx

I don't think I'll live to see tomorrow. Every time I think I have, I discover it is today.0

Why wait? Start to day and you could be one day closer to your goal.0

Ah thanks for all your replies - what a lovely friendly place! I'd start tracking today, but I've probably eaten my calorie intake for the week today, so a clean fresh start tomorrow!!
I've actually tracked what I plan to eat tomorrow just now, as I think I'm gonna find it easier this way (tracking my food the night before for the next day to plan it easier), then just adapting any changes in the evening. Does anyone else do it this way?
Actually by eating loads of crap today, it's made me really look forward to clean nutritious healthy food tomorrow!
