Hi everyone!

I'm new to fitness pal. So far I am loving what this free site has to offer. I am needing to lose another 35 pounds. I weighed 240lbs in July of 2011, I currently weigh 175. I am getting married in April and would love any pointers anyone has to offer in loosing my last bit of weight. thank you and have a great day!

    Hi! I am also new to fitness pal and am very confused as to how to use it . I know how to use the calorie counter but don't see any tips or helpful diet plans or foods to eat. I would appreciate a little help because i understand thwe counting calories but would like to know what types of food i should be eating. Any pointers? Thanks!
